The Riot Chest Supported Row Bench is designed for focused, heavy back training - while taking pressure off your lower spine. This machine allows you to isolate the upper back muscles without overloading your lumbar region, making it ideal for strength athletes, bodybuilders, and anyone recovering from lower back strain or focussing on building that big upper back!

This T-bar row machine is made from durable 3mm thick black powder-coated steel, this bench features a large 800x300mm chest pad that offers comfortable and stable support.
Where this bench really stands out is its adjustability:

The footplate can be set between 119–159cm (from footplate to pad top), with 9 height positions to dial in the right setup for your body and pull angle.
The handles rotate and can be adjusted in width from 400mm to 900mm, giving you multiple grip widths for different training focuses, from narrow lat rows to wide upper back work.
There are 4 different angle settings for the grip arms, letting you fine-tune how the movement feels and which part of the back you're targeting.

The handles pivot allowing a variety of grip positions- from narrow rows hitting the inner lats and traps to wider rows engaging the rear delts and upper back. This versatility makes it easy to tailor the movement to your training goals.
