How long does shipping take for heavy equipment?
Standard shipping for gym equipment and weights typically takes 5-7 business days. Larger items like power racks may require freight shipping, which can take up to 10 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy on fitness gear?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for heavy equipment, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
Do you offer warranties on your barbells and racks?
Yes, all our Strength Shop signature barbells and power racks come with a limited lifetime warranty covering structural defects. Normal wear and tear or improper use are not covered.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
Do you provide assembly services for home gyms?
Currently, we do not offer in-house assembly services. However, all our equipment comes with detailed instruction manuals, and we provide digital setup guides on our website for most products.
